Kim is the General Manager of Oaknoll Memorial Gardens, Floyd Memory Gardens, Sunset Memorial Gardens, and Carroll Memory Gardens. As a Capella University alumni, she holds a Master of Human Services degree along with other degrees.

Before joining Memorial Planning, Kim developed her signature professional service and leadership in healthcare management. With over 20 years of experience, she has supported families in senior living, hospice care, and behavior analysis management.
